Q. Should I change the company name from NMHK to Payesoft?
A. Yes, PAYEsoft .Inc is a different company, and we are registered in the US.

Q. Should I quote the US or UK address on the PO?
A. The UK address is a postal service we use to forward mail from the UK to us in the US; it is not our companies registered address. Checks and any other correspondence can be sent to the UK mailing address and will be forwarded to us in the USA or mail them directly to our US address.

Q. Should VAT be raised on the PO?
A. There is no VAT as we do not operate in the UK and the software is downloadable as a demo from our website.

Q. Have the companies bank details changed as we would normally pay using BACS?
A. We have three payment methods, Credit Card on our website, Check and SWIFT wire transfer. Email: sales@payesoft.com for bank detail.
